Silversmith Hotel Chicago Downtown

Staff and location were fantastic, I had a great experience here. Also, I loved how brilliant the location was. The hotel was in a pretty nice area, so close to Millennium Park, the centre and Hancock tower which contains Miracle Mile.

The HIGHLY COURTEOUS staff were more than helpful with all requests.

I liked super location of the hotel and approachable staff. The bedroom was separate, and the bed was good. Healthy breakfast, superb service. The beach was beautiful. Lobby bar and excellent pool...

Everything was very clean, exceptional location close to the theater, the staff were incredibly helpful! The hotel room was brand-new, had central heating, an iron with ironing board and a work desk. Fabulous meal and exceptional service. Perfectly pleasant experience there.

It was a great place for our very lovely stay. Marvellous service too. Not to mention that there was a public parking nearby. The food they offered was gorgeous, had lots of meals...

This is a highly professional and immaculately clean property with good location and staff. Incredible view, a lovely balcony, incredibly large bed, too. A peaceful stay with a lovely swimming pool.

Neat place and everyone were happy to help. I got free upgrade and enjoyed it. It was bright, large bed. Overall the service was friendly.

Luxurious room, TERRIFIC staff. I liked the really comfortable area and prime location. Moreover, the loop was nearby. Hotel was spotlessly clean.

The hotel was not far from shedd aquarium. They served an excellent breakfast❤❤
